SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if you have a postal service where you live, we ship to you!

How much does shipping cost?

Simply populate your shopping cart with the desired items and before check out our system will automatically calculate shipping for you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, no. In order to keep our prices low, our margins are already very low.

Do you do meet ups or self-collection? (Singapore Orders) 

No, we do not offer meet ups or self-collection. How ever you can visit our seasonal pop-up booths, watch out for it on our social media page!

Which courier services do you use for shipping?

Singapore

SingPost – We ship our local orders via Singpost normal and registered mail. Normal mail is the most affordable and does not come with tracking number. However, it is the most risky option as it comes without tracking number. Muffinsaurs would not be responsible for any lost mail, hence we would strongly suggest the registered mail option.

Everywhere Else

SingPost Registered Airmail - Shipments are mailed by SingPost to your country and handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

DHL Express - Shipments by DHL Express are time definite, with tracking and door-to-door delivery. Shipments require a signature and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We will process and ship online orders within 1-5 business days. You will be provided with the tracking information via email once when your order has been shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Singapore

2-3 days to process your order and 3-5 working days for postage delivery.

Everywhere Else

During festive periods, please add 10 business days to the above estimated delivery time to your country as postal services may take longer to deliver packages.

How do I track my order?

If your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.

For international orders, do note that the tracking ability is limited for postal administrations in certain destination countries that do not provide tracking for registered articles once they leave Singapore.

International shipments are time definite, with tracking and door-to-door delivery.

What do I do if I have not received my package?

If the package has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will be happy to check with our shipping carrier about its status. We will then see what we can do based on the advice given by the carrier.

Unfortunately, in the event your package has been stolen, i.e. the postman has delivered the package but someone sneaky took it, we are unable to offer any refunds.

We include a return address on all packages. If a package is returned to us and provided there is no damage to the items within, we will get in touch with you with two options:

  1. We will refund the item price less the original shipping costs (does not apply to sale or custom orders).
  2. We will reship the package to you although you will need to bear the additional shipping cost.
I provided the wrong shipping address, what can I do?

Please contact us immediately if you realise that there are errors with the shipping address and provide us with your order number and the correct shipping address so that we can make the necessary changes.

Unfortunately if the parcel has already been sent out and you’ve received the delivery notice, we will not be able to make changes any longer. If the parcel is lost due to inaccuracies with the shipping address provided, we will not be able to offer a refund.

We ship to the “Shipping Address” provided at checkout hence it is very important to verify that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Do I have to pay customs fees for my package? (International Orders)

This depends and we are unable to provide any estimates as such charges are levied by the destination country. If there are any customs duties, fees and taxes charged or other customs related admin charges for the shipment, you will have to pay for them before customs releases your package to you. If you decide to refuse the shipment, we cannot provide any refunds. Please check with your local customs office for the rules and regulations.

Is it possible to mark my package as a gift or declare a lower amount on the customs declaration form? (International Orders)

We are afraid we cannot help you there. We have to adhere to postal regulations and hence we are unable to mark your package as a gift. The retail price(s) of the items will be indicated on the customs form to facilitate customs clearance.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Can I make changes to my order?

We strongly recommend that you verify all items in your cart before checking out. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will cancel the order and you can place a new one.

Can I exchange my item for another?

No. We allow exchanges only if we have sent you an incorrect item. Please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt to request for an exchange. Items must be returned undamaged in their original packaging and the return shipping cost will be reimbursed to you once we have received the item.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We take great care in ensuring that your items are well packed for the journey. However, we have no control over what happens in transit and if an item arrives damaged, do contact us within 5 days of the date of receipt with photos of the packaging and damage and we will be happy to assist.

MURALS

How do you charge for murals?

I get this question a lot, but I cannot give a fixed price instantly. My mural pricing consist of the below factors.

Singapore

  1. Is the mural a residential or commercial project?
  2. Size of the wall. 
  3. Your concept and what you expect.
  4. Execution style – Permanent Marker / Wall paint / Wallpaper 
  5. Location

International

Because its way too expensive to fly someone over just to doodle on your wall, I strongly advise international clients to order our wallpaper / wall stickers instead. You can check out our wallpaper page for a list of design to choose from.

Do you do site visits?  

I would prefer to communicate and do our consultation via email. But I can do site visits upon request with an S$80 charge for time and transportation.

I just got a new place, when is the best time to engage your services?

Congratulations on the new place! The best time to get a mural done is right after the renovation process! I can start anytime after your contractors have finish painting and done the general clean up.

How long does it take to do a mural?

It really depends on the size and execution. A mural done with permanent marker could take up to 2 – 4 hours to compete, depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. Whereas the same design would take 3 - 5 times longer when done with wall paint.

How long will a hand drawn mural last?

This would depend on how you take care of it and the environment! As per normal wall painting, a coloured mural that is constantly under direct sunlight would likely fade much faster than one that is away from sunlight. But if the mural is painted in only black, the fading would be less obvious than coloured. I would strongly advise you against washing and scrubbing your wall with water as it would damage the mural. You may wipe it lightly or dust with a dry cloth or duster.

What material do you use for your murals?  

For wall paint, I use Nippon odourless paint. For markers I use black jumbo sized pilot permanent marker& Sharpies.

Can I get you to draw existing characters/cartoons like Disney characters?  

No, I do not draw other artist characters. However I will make an exception for residential projects if its just a small hint to bring out the owner’s passion or interest.

I’m ready to get a mural done, what is the process like?  

Murals always start with a consultation. For the consultation it's helpful if the client provides me with photos, dimensions of the wall, the ideas and theme that you have in mind. I would then give my suggestion and ask what kind of execution you prefer before I give you a quote. Once you are agreeable with the quoted price, a mural contract with our terms & conditions would be sent to you to read and sign. Upon approval, you would then be required to pay a 50% deposit. I would then do a digital draft of the mural for your approval. The draft is subjected to only 3 free changes, so its best to be clear of what you want before engaging us. Once you are okay with the draft, I would go down to your location and start work! The balance 50% would then be paid after the mural is done.

Do I need to be around when you are working?

No, it is not necessary for you to be around when I am painting/drawing. It’s a very boring and long process.

Do I need to take off on weekdays or can you do weekends?

That would depend on you! My weekends are usually fully booked, so its best to discuss and set a date 3-4weeks in advance. Some of my clients are comfortable enough to hand me their house keys for me to work during the weekdays too.
